I saw some drawings made with neon effect and they tickled me to the point of experiencing a similar effect on some of my drawings.
I started with a simple test using one of the tags that I use for some of my drafts or digital works, Nova, then creating Nova Neon, as you see I tried to make a blue neon effect that is well suited to the usual colors that I use with this Tag.
