One of my first attempts to vectorize one of my graffiti pieces dates back to some time ago, with this Nova featuring sharp shapes, a style refined over time.
It was created directly with pen on paper, then colored with pen. Later, it was colored further with markers. I then added finishing touches with paint markers.
I finally decided to add a swirling background with markers.
After a long time (about 3 years), I then decided to vectorize the whole thing, trying to maintain the vibrant colors and finishing touches, and the swirling background, although it has become more nuanced here. I also shot a video of the entire process, recording the countless hours I spent doing it, speeding it up to reduce it to just a few minutes.
